Accommodation Rates

Brookfield House: $250 per night (1 to 2 people). If the second bedroom, sofa bed, or roll-in bed is required a surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for up to 5 extra people.
Main bedroom: One queen size bed.
Second bedroom: Two king single beds.
Lounge: One queen size sofa bed (innerspring mattress with slats)

A cot or high chair are available: $30 flat rate for stay.
Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
Check out time: Before 11:00 AM
Unless by prior arrangement

Terms

Cancellation: If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: 50 percent of the total amount may be charged any time after booking. The balance owing will be charged within the 7 days prior to arrival.

For single night bookings, the total price will be charged at the time of booking.
Payment methods include EFTPOS, VISA/Mastercard, or cash.

No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking establishment.
All property damaged will be charged for at replacement value.
